- For fast-charge capability a compatible cable must be used.
- When both ports are in use you can only charge the device normally, for rapid or fast charge use a single port.
- The premise that a device can be quickly charged is that the device must have its own fast charging protocol. If the phone does not have a fast charging function it automatically takes 1A current.
- The charger will heat up when delivering a rapid charge to a device, this is considered normal and there is no security risk.
