Welcome to Bobbi | London™ (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)! This policy outlines and governs the terms for any purchases through our webiste (together or individually “Service”) operated by Bobbi | London™.


Shipping & Returns Policy: Store Policies

Products covered by this policy

This Policy applies to all products sold from the Bobbi | London™ website. This policy is not applicable to any products purchased via channels other than this website.  


All orders are processed within 48-72 hours from purchase, and delivered using one of the following services:

  • UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48hrs service.

  • UK orders requiring our Express Next Day service, orders must be placed by 12.00 noon BST Monday – Friday.

International orders will be delivered using either DHL, FedEx, UPS or DPD using their tracked service.

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Right to cancellation

Should you change your mind after purchasing, you may cancel your order prior to it being shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you reserve the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, using the Returns Process outlined in the sections below.

Please note the shipping fees are non-refundable.


All Returns must be communicated to us using our Request for Return form within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once your return has been authorised, you will have 14 days to return the goods to us.

All returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels attached. If you are reserving your right to cancel your order, all packaging must be unopened and intact.

No returns will be accepted after the specified returns period. Please take care to fully inspect your item(s) to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

Once we have received your item(s) your refund will be processed to the method of purchase (less the cost of the initial shipping fee) within 7-14 days from us receiving the goods.

We require a proof of purchase for any returns or exchanges, however if the required information is not provided, we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange as requested.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees.

Exceptions: We cannot accept returns or exchanges of embossed, personalised, or those that have been subject to misuse, accident, modification or unauthorised repair.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Process

To initiate the returns process, please complete a Request for Return.  

Once your Returns request has been authorised,

  • Please return your item(s) to us using Royal Mail (we recommend you use a tracked service)

  • Ensure you obtain a proof of postage.

Please note you are responsible for the return postage cost and your item remains your responsibility until we confirm receipt.

Warranty Service

Only eligible products are covered by our 12-month warranty, if a product qualifies for warranty it is defined within the product description.

Should an item become faulty during the warranty period, please submit a request using our Request for Return form.

You must validate the warranty service by completing the Warranty Registration within 30-days of purchase. Failure to register your products during this period may invalidate your warranty.

Faulty Goods

If you have accepted an item but later discover a fault, we reserve the right to either repair or replace it at our discretion.
